Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
